PropLoop / For Eilik ↗

Your little props. Eilik’s next look.

PropLoop is a proposed reusable holder for the tiny accessories you want Eilik to carry. Slip a soft loop around a suitable miniature handle, then place its steel face against Eilik’s magnetic hand — without gluing a magnet to your prop.

  • Intended first for standard Eilik Blue and small, lightweight handle-shaped props. Physical fit has not been tested.
  • Proposed pack: four finished holders in two selected loop sizes, a sizing card and a fitting guide.
  • Bring your own Eilik and miniatures. No new magnets, electronics or robot modifications are proposed.

Free to join. No payment or commitment to buy.

Proposed manual routine: move a lightweight miniature and its soft holder toward Eilik’s magnetic hand, then remove it; no autonomous gripping is shown.

  • Place it by handThe steel face meets Eilik’s existing hand magnet. Remove the holder to reuse the prop.

Sound familiar?

That tiny wand would look perfect with Eilik.

You have a favorite miniature with a slim handle. You can picture it in Eilik’s hand, but you would rather avoid gluing a magnet to it just for one scene.

A removable holder could make it part of today’s display, then slide off when you want to use the miniature somewhere else. Keep the prop you like and change the scene around it.

Designed with your day in mind

More ways to make Eilik yours.

A small removable connection, designed around the props you already enjoy.

01

Keep your favorite prop unglued

A removable soft loop is designed to connect the handle without permanently attaching a magnet.

02

Change the little details

Move the holder between suitable miniatures when you give Eilik a different desk scene.

03

Keep the robot as it is

The concept uses Eilik’s existing magnetic hand, with no robot modification, app or added electronics.

Picture the routine

Slip it on. Set the scene. Change your mind.

Here is how the proposed design would fit into your day.

  1. 01

Choose a holder sized for your lightweight miniature’s handle, using the proposed fit guide.

  2. 02

Slip it onto the handle and place its steel face against Eilik’s magnetic hand.

  3. 03

Remove it manually when you change scenes. Slide the holder off to reuse it on another suitable prop.

What kinds of props is it for?

The first design is for light miniatures with a narrow, accessible handle or stem, such as a small wand. It is not a universal holder for flat food pieces, large objects, liquids, valuables or fragile finishes. Supported sizes and mass limits would be established through testing.

Would it work with my Eilik?

Standard Eilik Blue is the first intended model. Other finishes, revisions, hand coverings and costumes need separate checks. This is not an Eiliko accessory. No dimensions or supported fit range have been finalized.

Would I need glue or another magnet?

The proposed holder uses a soft loop around the prop and a captive steel face attracted by Eilik’s existing hand magnet. No owner-applied glue or added permanent magnet is planned. Loop grip and magnetic retention still need prototype testing.

Will Eilik recognize a new prop or learn an action?

No. This is a physical display accessory. It adds no recognition, app feature, voice command or new robot behavior.

Can I leave it on during every game?

That is not established. Start with supervised display use. Arm movement, collisions, attachment strength and the prop’s weight all affect suitability. Final instructions would identify allowed use; do not force or restrain the arm.

What if I already like the official magnetic props?

Keep using them. PropLoop is aimed at suitable miniatures you want to reuse without permanently attaching a magnet. The official kit may be simpler for props you intend to keep dedicated to Eilik.

Can I order it now?

Not yet. PropLoop is an unbuilt concept, not for sale. Joining is free and has no payment or purchase commitment. If the idea progresses, updates may follow; price, delivery and availability are not set.

What still needs to be tested?
  • First intended for adult-fitted, supervised display with standard Eilik Blue and suitable lightweight handles; fit and load limits remain to be tested.
  • The holders would not add prop recognition or new robot actions. Keep small parts away from children and pets.
