The short version.
We collect your signup profile to understand which future robot-training opportunities may fit you and to contact you about the Trainer Network. Joining the list does not create an account or guarantee a project, payment, or equipment.
Information we collect
The Trainer Network form asks for your name, email, country, state or region, ZIP or postal code, environments you can access, equipment, whether you own robotics hardware, and your comfort with supplied equipment. You may also provide robot details, weekly availability, and notes. We record your age confirmation and acceptance of the waitlist terms and this policy. We do not ask for your exact home address, identification number, or payment information.
The Contact Us form asks for your name, email, topic, and message. Please do not include sensitive information in your message.
How we use it
We use your profile to maintain the early-access list, understand potential training capacity, and contact you about future opportunities that may match your profile or important changes to the network. We do not collect task recordings through this form. If a future project needs new data or different terms, we will explain those separately before you participate.
We use Contact Us submissions to read and respond to inquiries, corrections, and suggestions. Contact messages are not added to the Trainer Network list.
Storage and sharing
Signup records are stored in a private Google Sheet accessed by HomeRobotHQ through a server-only connection. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process data to operate the site and waitlist. We do not publish signup profiles or share them with robotics companies through this early-access form. We would give you more information and seek any needed permission before a future project required sharing your profile with a partner.
Contact Us messages are sent to a private HomeRobotHQ inbox using an email delivery provider. They are not published on the site. The address of that inbox is not displayed publicly.
Retention and choices
We keep your profile while the early-access network is being developed and review whether it remains needed at least once a year. We keep contact correspondence as needed to respond and maintain appropriate records. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your signup or correspondence, or stop receiving network messages, through our contact form. We may retain limited information when required for legal or security reasons.
Updates and contact
If this network changes materially, we will update this notice before using existing signup data for a new purpose. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page.
