Owner reports are individual experiences submitted to us and reviewed before publication. We label whether an ownership claim is self-reported or supported by evidence. An owner account is not a controlled HomeRobotHQ test.
For videos, we identify the exact model shown, the publisher, any disclosed human control, and the limit of what the clip demonstrates. A prototype task does not establish the same result in a customer home.
Corrections and updates
Robotics changes quickly. Verification dates matter.
Product pages show when their source set was last reviewed. Changed prices, launch windows, software access, and availability should be updated with a linked source and a new verification date.
Each month, our review checks official product sources and release information for meaningful new capabilities. A documented change is added to the affected profile only after its model, availability, limits, and source have been checked.
