BandMend / For EMO ↗

Make EMO’s headphones look complete again.

BandMend is a proposed pair of replacement clips for the little blue pieces at the top of EMO’s original headphone band. Keep the headphones you already have and replace the missing detail.

  • Intended for the original blue-and-purple EMO headphone band; exact revision fit still needs verification.
  • Proposed contents: one left clip, one right clip, a labeled storage card and a fitting guide.
  • For an intact band with a missing top clip. Headphones, ear lights and the robot are not included.

Sound familiar?

A tiny missing piece. An unexpectedly difficult search.

You like EMO just the way it is. But one blue piece has disappeared from the headphone band, and finding that specific spare is harder than finding a whole new accessory.

The idea is simple: a clearly identified left and right clip pair, supplied ready to fit, with a visual guide to the matching band. No printer project and no new headphone style to get used to.

Keep the original look

Replace a missing band detail while keeping the headphones you chose for EMO.

A small pair of spares could offer a simpler route than sourcing a complete second headset.

Which part would this replace?

The small blue pieces near the two upper bends of the original headphone band. It would not replace the blue rings on the ear cups, the headband itself or any electronic parts.

Would it fit every EMO?

The original blue-and-purple headphone set is the intended starting point. The band’s seats must be intact. Different editions, modified headphones and hardware revisions need separate fit checks.

Would I need glue or a 3D printer?

The proposed kit would arrive as finished clips. A removable mechanical fit is the design goal; the attachment and installation method must be tested before instructions are finalized.

Will it fix lights, hearing or a broken band?

No. This is a small external replacement part. Electrical faults, poor voice response and a cracked band need their own diagnosis or manufacturer support.

Should I ask LivingAI for a spare first?

Yes. Ask support whether they can supply the exact part for your headphones. A suitable original spare could be the simplest option.

Can I buy BandMend now?

Not yet. It is an unbuilt concept, not for sale. Joining is free and does not reserve a product. Final fit, price, delivery charges and availability are not set.

What still needs to be tested?
  • Independent concept, not for sale or endorsed by LivingAI. Intended fit must be verified on the original headphone revision.
  • For an intact band with a missing top clip. It would not repair the headband, lights or robot electronics; check manufacturer support for an original spare first.
  • Tiny parts are for adult fitting and storage away from children and pets.
