Put the proposed tray on a level, pet-safe floor spot and thread your existing ROLA Mini magnetic cable through its rear channel.

Place ROLA Mini between the low guides until it meets the soft stop and the magnetic connector seats.

Check the robot's charging light. When done, remove the robot by hand.

No. You would place the robot in the tray yourself and check its charging light. ChargeGuide would organize and guide the manual charging step; it would not add automatic docking.
Would I need a new cable or charger?
The design is intended to hold the genuine ROLA Mini magnetic cable you already own. A robot, cable and power adapter would not be included. Fit and charging reliability still need testing on real hardware.
Why not just use a USB-C cable?
That may already be the right solution for you. Enabot supports direct USB-C charging after removing the magnetic adapter. ChargeGuide is an idea for owners who prefer magnetic charging and want a repeatable place to position it.
Can I buy it now, and what does joining mean?
ChargeGuide is an unbuilt concept, not a product for sale. There is no confirmed launch date. Joining records your interest and permission for concept updates; it does not reserve a unit, lock in a price or commit you to buy.
What still needs to be tested?
