DockHold / For Enabot EBO Air 2S ↗
If your EBO reaches its charger but nudges the dock out of place, DockHold proposes a low-profile removable base for the original charging station. Keep the robot and charger you already own, with a more repeatable place to park them. This is an unbuilt concept, not a product for sale.

Sound familiar?
You leave EBO to charge and later find its dock a little out of position. Tape can hold the station down, but you may want a setup you can lift for cleaning and put back in the same place. DockHold is meant for that physical movement only.
Picture a slim, washable base sitting against the wall. The original EBO Air 2S station drops into a measured recess, its power cable exits neatly behind it, and the robot still uses its own charging hardware. The base would need to prove it holds better than a cleaned stock dock or inexpensive tape.
Would this help your setup? →Designed with your day in mind
These are design goals for owners who have seen their dock physically move. Fit, floor grip and charging performance still require real-world tests.
The proposed recess aims to put the original dock back in the same position after floor cleaning.
A passive holder would add no charging electronics or modification to the robot or dock.
A removable grip layer aims to avoid repeated floor taping, if tests show it holds the station equally well.
Picture the routine
Here is how the proposed design would fit into your day.
First check whether your Air 2S dock visibly shifts; follow the manufacturer's wall and clearance instructions before trying an accessory.
If a measured DockHold version passes testing, set its removable base on a compatible dry floor, seat the original dock and route its cable behind it.
Watch supervised returns to confirm the robot approaches without catching an edge and the stock charge indicator activates. Performance is not yet established.

Read the Enabot EBO Air 2S product idea report ↗No. DockHold would target a charging station that visibly shifts. It would not fix route planning, station recognition, blocked approaches, dirty contacts, power faults or a robot that cannot reach the dock.
Tape may be enough. The proposed holder would need to show a practical benefit when the dock is lifted, cleaned and replaced, without creating a new obstacle. That comparison has not been tested.
The first concept is for the original EBO Air 2S dock only. No dock has been physically measured yet, and compatibility with Air 2, Air 2 Plus or other models must not be assumed.
