Loona's front wheels can clatter on hard floors. Soft covers offer cushioning, but their extra grip can make turning harder.
Loona can bump into furniture while roaming. Thin chair and table legs are a known difficult target, so a repeated collision can turn play into moving chairs or watching the same spot.
Loona needs a well-placed, visible charging dock. KEYi still advises adequate light and contrast around it, and a dim corner may make the station harder to recognize even after a recharge route is configured.
When a Loona hip fails, the robot may no longer move normally. Recent owners have asked for replacement parts and described repeated repairs, but a 'hip failure' can involve different components and different hardware revisions.
